It was a fun Christmas for the Lois family! We celebrated with Matt, Katie, Jenna and Adam on the 23rd - and then mom, dad and I celebrated with each other on the 24th/25th. Still one more big family party to go on the 1st!

In the Kitchen...
Since I've started dating Dan, I've been cooking a little bit less for a few reasons - 1) we've been going out to eat, 2) he's been cooking for me and 3) it's the holidays and mom & dad have been cooking.
But, I got back to sweet old Chicago the other day and had the opportunity to cook a few meals for myself! The yummy creations below are....
