Yum!
Have I mentioned how wonderful it is to date a chef? We have so much fun together thinking up what to make, what to pair it with, etc. And, of course, the eating part isn't so bad either.
Everything pictured below was created by chefs Dan and Katie - with the exception of photo #1 which was a solo creation of my own and photo #6 that was a "Dan creation".
Warm Weather Getaway
Suzanne and I traveled to Phoenix, AZ in mid-January. It was a wonderful getaway and a nice break from the winter weather (although I could probably use another break sometime soon!)
Some of the highlights of the trip were the Musical Instrument Museum, Taliesin West, a special artists' exhibit in Scottsdale, the Desert Foothills Scenic Drive, the Rock 'n Roll Marathon, and the Desert Botanical Gardens.
