Guac a la Rick Bayless

Tried out Rick Bayless' guacamole mix - and honestly was a bit disappointed - probably because it was a tomatillo base, which is not how I would normally make guac. I think I'll stick with my recipe, which is a simple blend of avocado, onion, tomato, cilantro and lime juice.
