Comfort Food

Comfort food was cooking in the kitchen this week!

On Tuesday night, I made risotto with asparagus and spinach while I sipped a glass of white wine - yum! On Wednesday night, I made one of my favorite dishes from childhood - creamed chipped beef - absolutely nothing high-class or special about this dish, but it reminded me of mom in the kitchen. :)
