I used the wonderfully creamy 'butter cheese' that I purchased at Green City Market as a sauce for this Two-Pepper Mac 'n Cheese. The cheese melted so easily that I hardly needed to whisk it into my milk & roux mixture. The pasta and cheese sauce was combined with green onions, red peppers & jalapeno peppers and then topped with bread crumbs. Yum!
