The Proof is in the Pudding

I had made a batch of homemade rolls that were quickly going stale on me.....so I looked for some recipes to use them up. A girl can only make so many croutons, so I decided to try my hand at bread pudding.

It actually turned out pretty good! The extra amaretto that I added probably helped a bit!
