Taking Stock

Today, I made a fresh batch of homemade chicken stock. I love to do this in the winter, as I tend to make lots of soups & risotto dishes that use chicken stock as a base. This batch should last me until warmer weather!....and if not, then I need to either need to get out of dodge or eat less soup! :)
