Sunday Night Fried Rice

I love Cooking Light magazine - in every issue, I easily find a handful of recipes that I want to prepare.

Tonight, I tried out a recipe for spicy chicken fried rice. It was a simple recipe of bell pepper, onion, chicken, brown rice, water chestnuts & peanuts. A marinade of soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, crushed red pepper, garlic & ginger added a great flavor.
